Systemsteuerung>Sound > Aufnahme Einstellungen hängt sich immer auf / rundll32.exe reagiert nicht

Guten Abend zusammen,

ich habe seit einiger Zeit ein Problem das ich trotz Recherche nicht lösen konnte:

Die Mikrofon Einstellungen / Eigenschaften unter Systemsteuerung > Sound hängt sich ständig auf. Sobald ich auf den Reiter "Aufnahme" klicke, reagiert das Fenster nicht mehr (s. Foto). Bis irgendwann die Fehlermeldung "rundll32.exe reagiert nicht" erscheint.

Das interne und externe Mikrofon funktionieren tadellos.
Sämtliche Treiber inkl. Realtek sind auf den neusten Stand für Windows 8.1 64Bit und wurden teilweise auch schon de- und wieder reinstalliert.

Für mich ist der Fehler einfach nur lästig da ich u.a. nicht Standardgeräte und Mikrofoneinstellungen vornehmen kann.

ich hoffe auf eure Hilfe oder vielleicht einen Tipp in die richtige Richtung!

Standardtip 1 mit ohne Gewähr auf Erfolg (keine Angst, es geht nichts kaputt dabei): Kommandozeile aufmachen und folgenden Befehl absetzen: sfc/scannow
Ich hoffe, Windows 8 kann das so auch; ansonsten bin ich leider raus....

Standardtip 2 mit ohne Gewähr auf Erfolg:: Steige doch (auch deswegen) auf Win10 um, wel da sind hier echt viele Leute ziemlich fit und können Dir adäquat helfen. Wer nutzt schon noch Windows 8 (richtig, keiner ), aber so ein quasi Inplace Upgrade auf Win10 biegt manche Sachen auch wieder ziemlich grade.
Musste selber entscheiden, aber ich kann Dir das Upgrade durchaus schmackhaft machen: Es kostet Dich keinen Cent also: Trau Dich...

Es gab ein kostenloses Upgrade von Windows 7. Aber gab oder gibt es das auch von Windows 8.1? Glaube nicht.
Aber die Tipps für Windows 10 und Windows 8.x sollten sich eigentlich auch nicht wirklich unterscheiden.

Doch, funktioniert; hab das schon mal in einem Forum empfohlen und es hat wunderbar geklappt. Falls nicht, sollte das Setup das frühzeitig mitteilen....

Aber die Tipps für Windows 10 und Windows 8.x sollten sich eigentlich auch nicht wirklich unterscheiden.

Zu Standardtip 2: Hast du wahrscheinlich recht, kostenlos ist es immer noch und nachdem ich heute schon die Foren durchgearbeitet hab, auch allerhöchste Zeit aus der Steinzeit zu kommen. Da ich morgen mittag aber in Zeiten von Homeoffice aber noch eine wichtige online Besprechung habe ist es dann doch noch der falsche Zeitpunkt für ein Betriebssystemwechsel und für eine nicht reagierende Mikrosteuerung!

Ich kann da auch nichts schlimmes entdecken; schon gar nicht was den Sound angeht. Was hat denn nun die Prüfung der Systemdateien ergeben?

Das war das Ergebnis Log nach 1 Stunde vom cmd Befehl sfc/scannow:

Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat beschädigte Dateien gefunden und konnte einige der Dateien nicht reparieren. Details finden Sie in der Datei „CBS.Log“ („%WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log)“.

(das war die o.g. Ausgabe). Was anderes hat mir die Konsole leider nicht ausgespuckt

Alles klar, das letzte Bild war das was ich wissen wollte. Jetzt machste wieder eine Kommandozeile auf und führst diesen Befehl aus: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
