Hi,
I tried to solve this issue since months already ...
What I use: Hotmail address on web-frontend outlook.com (browser or device doesn't matter)
Whats' the issue: Occasionally I do not receive e-mails, if the senders write me for the first time and the domain/address is therefore unknown for me and my account. I only recognize this behavior, when I expect an e-mail. This happened with e-mails from private contacts with domains like web.de or as well from very well known companies. If I know that someone wants to write me for the first time, I mostly send the first e-mail. If they write me back then all works fine. But if I do not know who writes me for the first time, some e-mails get lost in Nirvana. No error message on sender's side ... and yes, I've checked my spam/junk folder; and no, I did not modified my junk settings to only receive from direct contacts; and so on ... but thank you for 'asking'.
Did I contact the Microsoft Support: Yes, I did. Since October 2019 ... about a dozen times. Some of the employees gave up, with one I'm still in contact, but he refered to the Senders Support Team. But again, I have an issue with RECEIVING, not sending.
Who is able and willing to help me on this f***ing issue?
Thank you,
Sophie
