CellFactor: Revolution wurde eigens für die PhysX-Hardware entwickelt. Die kostenlose Vollversion enthält, sofern man eine PhysX-Karte sein Eigen nennt, unter anderem eine Singleplayer-Kampagne mit fünf Levels, einen Multiplayer-Part mit diversen Modi, in dem bis zu sieben Spieler gegeneinander antreten dürfen sowie unterschiedliche Fahrzeuge. Besitzt man keine PhysX-Karte, darf lediglich auf zwei Skirmish-Maps gegen KI-Gegner gekämpft werden.
