hallo community,
ich sitze hier schon seit mehreren tagen und versuche cdes rätsels lösung zu finden. auf einmal und wie aus heiterem himmel stockt mein rechner, wenn ich was runterlade.
nach ein paar 1000 forenbeiträgen etc hab ich jetzt hier durch den prozess explorer rausbekommen, dass die ndis.sys im systemprozess auf 30 bis 60% CPU-verbrauch hochschnellt, wenn ich einen download anmache.

ich habe mein system vorhin neu gemacht, aber das problem besteht noch immer. ich habe gehört, das das dann ein treiberproblem sein wird, aber warum 1. so plötzlich auf einmal, dann 2. warum immer noch wobei das system neu ist? ich habe den Fritz Wlan Stick und da auch die neuesten treiber für. den realtek controller hab ich per bios schon deaktiviert.

ich hab jetzt einfach keine idee mehr :(

Du schreibst Du nutzt Kaspersky Internet Security Suite 9, nutzt Du diese schon länger oder erst seitdem das Problem auftaucht...?

da diese benutze ich schon lange. ich habe auch keine anderen programme istalliert, bevor das problem dann auftauchte - außer es ist wirklich ein windows update schuld, dann aber hätten das problem doch 10000de andere auch noch oder?
ich habe die befürchtung, das eine meiner hardware komponenten so langsam den geist aufgibt, aber wie ist das das phänomen mit der ndis.sys zu erklären?


Edit: Kaspersky deaktivieren funzt auch nicht, bzw dann besteht das problem weiterhin. ich benutze auch noch malwarebytes mit echtzeitschutz, aber die beiden programme sollten sich nicht beißen oder?

Ob es mit dem Problem zusammen hängt oder nicht. Niemals zwei Antivirenprogramme gleichzeitig mit Echtzeitschutz/Virenwächter laufen lassen. Die scannen sich in der Regel gegenseitig und verlangsamen dein System bis zum Stillstand.

Ein Echtzeitschutz/Virenwächter und das andere Programm installiert aber ohne laufenden Wächter - so das man ab und zu mal gescannen kann - ist ok.

OH-MEIN-GOTT!!!
ja ich kenne die regel mit den 2 virenwächter, dachte aber bis jetzt, dass die beiden so unterschiedliche sind (virus, malware...) das die sich nicht beißen.

ich muss euch mitteilen, dass das system wieder funzt, da ich malwarebytes entfernt habe. manchmal bin ich auch sowas von bescheuert - als ich mein system neu aufgesetzt habe, wollte ich das system natürlich direkt wieder schützen: ergebniss, nix hat sich verbessert...
jetzt bin ich ja schlauer aber das wochenende hab ich mir anders vorgestellt!

so noch eine kleine frage am rande: laut process explorer hab ich jetzt beim download nur noch eine cpu usage beim DPCs-Prozess von 3-9% und ndis.sys macht nix mehr.
frage: ist der wert des DPC noch zu hoch??

Also 3-9% sind ok finde ich.

Malware ist nur der Oberbegriff für Schadsoftware. Also Viren, Trojaner, Backdoors, Würmer... etc. alles fällt darunter. :)
